Three simultaneous added insert effects per track, expanded live synthesis and the complete existing Sound/sample collection.
In this build
- Three serial FX slots on both devices, each with the 34 added effects, independent WET/LFO and chain A/B snapshots. UP/DOWN changes slots; LEFT/RIGHT browses effects; YES enables an effect.
- Digitakt DigiMono + DigiMacro integration: eight economy Mono machines plus MACRO's WSHAPE, 2OP FM, NOISE, PARTCL, BDRUM, SNARE, HIHAT and GRAIN. MACRO's native machine selection, source parameter codec and audition paths are included. ENGN changes at the next trig, as upstream.
- Digitone retains native FM, VA and GRAIN.
- 256 native tagged Sounds for each instrument, including the corrected automatic Digitakt sample references and embedded WAV dependencies.
- Optional 160-WAV drum folder pack and all 50 original NOCTURNE MP3.
- Corresponding source, active modules, licenses and qualification reports.

Download only the components you need; extract selected ZIPs into the same
folder. Extract both NOCTURNE ZIPs to get all 50 files; do not join ZIP bytes.
Send the device's .syx through Transfer DROP. Import intact .dtsnd / .dnsnd
through EXPLORE → SOUNDS. Download ZIPs are not Transfer Sound files.
The WAV drum pack is a SAMPLES folder, not Sound presets. NOCTURNE stays MP3.
All 963 original distribution members are byte-identical to the preceding complete B01. Firmware version marking remains B01. This packaging pass does not change firmware, the 512 Sounds, samples or the separate promo Reel.
Qualification
The requested minimum 4x CPU reduction for every effect has NOT been met. Focused eight-voice ColdFire model cases measured added-FX speedups of 1.44–5.33x on Digitakt and 1.30–3.02x on Digitone. Wet sound is deliberately lower in bandwidth and different in texture. Stock FX are not rewritten. These are not whole-device speed measurements. Real hardware playback, panel/LED latency and USB import remain unqualified for these images.
Both images reproduced byte-for-byte with the supplied portable build tool. Linked-code checks cover three slots, settings migration, note-key forwarding, 512 native Sound codec/tag/recall paths and all eight MACRO engines.

Getting started
From the project's README ("Install"):
- Back up projects and Sounds, then extract the selected download ZIPs.
- In Elektron Transfer, send the matching Mk I .syx from Firmware/digitakt or Firmware/digitone via DROP and follow the device prompts.
- For banks, use EXPLORE → SOUNDS and import the individual .dtsnd or .dnsnd files. Keep those inner Sound packages intact. Do not send a download ZIP to the instrument or unpack an individual Sound package.
- Let embedded Digitakt WAV dependencies finish transferring. Select Sounds in the normal device browser. Manual SAMP assignment is not part of this installation. Existing project copies with older references need reloading from the corrected bank before the project is saved again.
- Optional DrumKit WAV folders belong in Transfer's SAMPLES destination. NOCTURNE is delivered in its original MP3 format; it is not a bank dependency.
Already using the immediately preceding corrected bank? The 512 Sounds and optional sample materials are unchanged and do not need reimporting for this firmware update. Full installation guide.
