See docs/INSTALL.md — the full, exact steps. In short:
- Turn on Developer Mode on the TV (LG Content Store → Developer Mode app → sign in → enable → note the IP + passphrase, Key Server ON).
- Pair + install from the Mac: npm run package ares-install --device tv dist/com.sinhaankuruniverseengine.ipk ares-launch --device tv com.sinhaankuruniverseengine
