Press PLAY to pray. Immaculate Permutation conjures a pad/drone, a sequence, a chord arpeggio and a fourth voice for live playing, all gathered around one key.
- Reveal a new sermon with OCT+; evolve its notes with ENV + OCT+; add gentle modulation with LFO + OCT+.
- Auto-evolve every 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24 or 32 bars; new sessions start at 16 bars.
- Evening Vow, GILT SIN and the Choir Loft put the sacred sounds within reach.
- Hold SAVE to checkpoint your sermon during playback. This release corrects the save timeout; Sparky reports successful saves with no audible glitches on one FM-1.
The Ritual Room offers one Apocryphal installation. Connect your FM-1, optionally Gather the scriptures, then choose Install Apocryphal. Installation preserves saved music; keep USB and power connected until it finishes.

Download the compiled firmware (.fwsc) — no compiler or development environment needed.
Use the Ritual Room installer. The .fwsc asset is the pinned 0.2.3 firmware; the source/SDK archive includes corresponding source, licensed SDK package data and building instructions. The compiler is obtained separately. SHA256SUMS covers every attached offering.
Begin with The Pocket Hymnbook, the illustrated four-page 0.2.3 quick start: Press PLAY to pray, reveal a sermon, evolve it, bless it and keep it. Read the Book of Sacred Sounds for the full liturgy. Both guides have editable source ZIPs. The older a3e780b quick start remains an archive of the original controls.
Praise the saints: Felucca by Leo Kuroshita and Hügelton Instruments, Jangada for the drone lineage, and Cyma Forma RND for inspiration. Licenses and upstream notices are retained in the source.

Getting started
From the project's README ("Receive the offering"):
Open the Ritual Room in desktop Chrome or Edge, connect one FM-1, optionally Gather the scriptures, then press Install Apocryphal. The page uses USB MIDI/SysEx over HTTPS.
The installer accepts stock V14 (FM-1014) and V15 (FM-1015). V15-to-UnholyUnion 0.2.3 installation has been confirmed on one instrument. Stock presets and sequences are not converted; complete backups through this installer are available for UnholyUnion, not stock firmware.
When upgrading UnholyUnion, installation preserves saved projects, presets, samples and settings. The instrument's Return to Evening Vow reset restores the current session while keeping saved projects and presets.
This Experimental offering is 0.2.4, identity FM-180024. The boot greeting and launch screen now explicitly show how to reach the full instrument editor: tap OCT−. Hold OCT− still undoes the last rite. The navigation change passes native and reproducible target-build checks; an instrument trial remains pending. I've confirmed sermon saving on my FM-1 without audible glitches. Back up your work before installing; saves from this fork cannot be read by older Felucca or Jangada firmware.
The Ritual Room includes the current firmware and corresponding source/SDK data. The linked 0.2.3 guides still cover the controls; 0.2.4 makes the editor exit explicit. Keep USB and power connected throughout installation.
