Speak37 1.0: a talking synth for the M-Vave SMK-37 (Pro, Elite, MKE-P37) and the FM-1.
- Every key speaks the next word of a sentence at its pitch; chords speak in harmony.
- Nine voices, sentences, songs sung word by word, robot mantras, a beatbox kit, your own sentences.
- PLAY speaks the sentence on the beat while the keys pick the notes; RHYTHM adds a fixed-point 808 with 16 grooves.
- MOPE (PATCH): a gloomy robot who listens to what you play and comments on it, reacts to every knob, fader, wheel and button, has a light game on the pads and sulks with a new sad tune every time.
- All in fixed point on the keyboard's own chip.

Getting started
From the project's README ("Quick start"):
- Install Speak37 (see Install).
- The pads are the 16 sentences of a bank (SONGS at first, sung by CHOIR). Tap one: the display shows it.
- Play the keys: each key speaks (or sings) the next word or syllable, at its pitch. After the last the first again. A sung word holds its vowel while the key is held and sings the rest when you let go.
- Play a chord: keys pressed together speak the same word, in harmony.
- Turn K3 (VOICE): CLASSIC, VINTAGE, DEEP, CHILD, WHISPER, ROBOT, LAB AI, GIANT, CHOIR. K4 (BANK) changes the bank (a bank with its own voice, such as ROBOT or LAB AI, picks it).
- SEQ PLAY: the sentence speaks itself in time (TEMPO); now the keys only choose its pitch. SEQ PLAY again stops.
- SEQ: the RHYTHM page, the pads are 16 drum grooves. Tap BOSSA NOVA, then SEQ PLAY: the words land on the beat.
- The last bank, USER: hold a pad 0.6 s and write a sentence of your own.
