Memory / RAM

  • HLS.js tuned for the 24/7 live stream — bounded forward buffer and dropped back-buffer so already-played audio is released instead of steadily growing the heap (the main RAM eater on TV hardware).
  • Clock and midnight timers are now tracked and cleared before rescheduling (no orphaned timers).
  • New pagehide teardown destroys the HLS instance, stops all timers/intervals, and aborts in-flight requests on app close.
  • Azan/dua audio buffers are released (src='') after playback.

Package size: 7.4 MB → 3.4 MB (−54%)

  • Re-encoded over-encoded audio to mono 64 kbps: azan_naqshbandi.mp3 (5.1 MB → 1.6 MB), dua_after_azan.mp3 (592 K → 237 K). Transparent for azan voice on TV speakers.
  • Removed unused keep_alive.mp4 and dev-only webOSTV-dev.js.
