Getting started
From the project's README ("Install a mod on your Tracker+"):
Follow docs/PATCHING.md. In short: download the stock 1.2.0 firmware from Polyend, check its SHA-256, run one Python command (no compiler needed), copy the result to /Firmware on the SD card, and install it through Config → Firmware. You can return to stock the same way.
No Python? The web patcher does the same in your browser: choose your stock TrackerPlus1.2.0.ptf, tick the mods you want, and download the patched file. Your firmware isn't uploaded anywhere, and the page only offers a download when its output is byte-identical to what tools/patchptf.py makes. See "In your browser" in docs/PATCHING.md.
Each mod can be installed on its own, or several can be combined into one firmware. patch/all combines all fourteen, and you can make your own mix, including patches of your own: see "Choosing patches" in docs/PATCHING.md.
