Fixes a stutter every couple of minutes in apps that keep the screen saver away themselves, such as RetroArch played with a gamepad.
Details
- Idle screen saver: when an app refuses the screen saver even after Glasshouse lifts panel care's hold, Glasshouse no longer asks again every idle period. Each of those attempts changed panel care's setting for the app twice, and the picture stuttered at both changes. It now leaves the app alone until another app is in front or the TV turns off. Thanks to @rexobias for the report and logs (#1114, #1116).

Getting started
From the project's README ("Quick start"):
- Root the TV and install the Homebrew Channel.
- Clone this repository on a computer on the same network as the TV.
- Run ./deploy.sh from the server/ directory.
- Open http://:8080/ in a browser.
That's it. The dashboard is ready to use.
